We always drop back, eventually to our level of evolution. We may jump high and be there for a while (years even) but what we end up with, over time, is a true indication of where we are at.
What is a frustra and how do you use the Frustra Busta from Innerwealth to get through them fast?
Frustra are the bands made up of knowledge, beliefs, ideas, skills and resources that continually challenge the balance between feeling safe - complacent and feeling inspired - a bit out of our comfort zone. Frustra bands are often called "our identity" and moving through them is often felt as an "identity crisis."
Why do people who seek peace, calm and quiet not evolve easily?
We evolve at the border of order and chaos. Those who infatuate order (peace and control) cause chaos either in their own life, in their family's life, in their business life or those they associate with. Eg. The high lamas of Tibet who refused to evolve the country, were responsible for the inevitable invasion by China.
When a person gets tired, sick or depressed what is nature saying to them? How can we help?
Stuck in a frustra, sometimes our body, mind and spirit begin to withdraw from life. Nature destroys anything that doesn't grow. It's a resource issue, not personal.
What is “compensation” and why does it almost 100% of the time guarantee relationship deterioration?
When people come home from work stressed, they are compensating for their poor self-leadership at work, at home. That's compensation. When people go to work stressed over their relationship or family, they compensate for their home life at work, their colleagues, friends, leaders and clients pay for their poor self-leadership. That's compensation.
Why do the skills that guarantee entrepreneurial success at work guarantee the failure of relationships at home?
At work we're continually looking for improvement. If we come home to our family and continually look for improvement in them and our home, we'll judge them out of love and out of happiness.
Is it healthy to compare your partner to others? Why?
It is healthy to compare your partner to others, in fact it's natural, but, your partner must always win. If your partner doesn't win in the comparison then your relationship is souring. Using the word but is healthy. Like this: Being with that person might be really great for a day or two, BUT after that, I'd be bored, I'd rather be with my partner than that.
What is “Turning Up” and how do you do it?
Turning up means your mind, your body and your soul are right here, right now, doing one thing, with 100% focus. To turn up, you need to process emotion from the past (1 minute to 100 years) - turn up the intensity - learn to listen actively - be thankful for where you are and be invested in the result of what you are doing right now.
