Disorganised knowledge leads to confusion
A scattered mind creates trouble for itself. Hence, we need to continually manage the flood of information that comes our way. The first step is to develop the mindset of do, dump, delegate which, at first is done on paper for a few weeks and then becomes quite automatic.
As you journey through this 30 day programme it is wise to print material and file it in a lever arch folder with plastic sleeves, index markers and organisation. Otherwise you may end up completely overwhelmed with inspired knowledge.
Step 11. Reduce or eliminate multi tasking because too much becomes overwhelming and overwhelm is a nightmare.
Spend as much time organising your knowledge, life, house, plans and work as you do - doing it.
