1/ Create a life you don't have to run away from -- Unless individuals are responsible for and totally committed to what they are doing the chances are there's going to be interpersonal conflict, emotional turmoil and lost energy. 3/ Conflict, stress, challenge and change are essential ingredients of a healthy culture. Their management can be reactionary or pro active. Maximum growth of any organisation occurs at the border of chaos and order. The leadership choice is the form. Over $45 billion dollars was spent on stress management in north America last year. And the corporate cost of stress grew 30%. Anybody listening?


4/ The essential tools for development and human performance in the future are the tools of personal mastery. Awareness of breathing techniques and their effect on the mind, awareness of posture and it's affect on emotion, mind power techniques for accurate and balanced decision making.
